Product Description of Bluetooth Module HC05
- Pin number one is for toggle between data mode and AT command mode. By default, this pin is in data mode.
- VCC pin is for power the module. This will connect to the 5V supply voltage.
- GND pin is used to Ground pin of the module. And connect to the system ground.
- TX pin transmits the serial data. Data received via Bluetooth will be given out through this transmit pin as serial data.
- RX pin receives serial data. Serial data will be given to this pin will broadcast through Bluetooth.
- State pin is 6th pin. This pin connected to the onboard LED. This pin is used when we want to check if Bluetooth is working properly or not.
- There is an LED on the HC05 module. When it blinks one time in 2 sec. it means the module is in command mode.
- If it blinks continuously than it means it is waiting for a connection in Data mode.
- If this LED blinks twice in 1 sec it means connection successfully in data mode.
- There is also a button which is used to enable the pin to toggle between data and command mode.
