Product Description of Arduino Mega TFT LCD Shield

It is TFT LCD is an LCD touch screen module. It is good for Arduino projects because it is powerful and multifunctional.  SSD1289 controller is included by the screen. It includes an 8 and 16-bit data interface. It also contains MCU like STM32 and AVR and also 8051. It is designed with a touch controller. Here they use XPT2046. The touch interface has 40 pins breakout. It has a touch sensor and a touch controller.
