L7818CV TO220 Voltage-Regulator IC

L7818CV Voltage-Regulator IC is a 3 terminal positive regulator . this regulator has several fixed output voltage. This feature makes it more useful in a wide range of applications. This IC provide local on-card regulation. It reduces the distribution problems which is associated with single point regulation. It provides internal current limitation, thermal shut-down and safe area protection.

It make it essentially indestructible. If heat sinking is provided , IC delivered over 1A output current. It provides fixed voltage regulators.
