L298N Motor Driver Dual IC 2A 5V-46V in Pakistan

The L298 from ST is an integrated high voltage, high current Dual Full-Bridge Driver. The device accepts standard TTL logic and drives inductive loads in relays, solenoids, DC motors, and stepper motors. Featured are two enable inputs that allow the L298 to be enabled or disabled independently of the input signals. The emitters of the lower transistors in each bridge are connected. You can use the matching external terminal to connect an external sensing resistor. In addition, a supply input is provided so that the logic works at a lower voltage.
