Adjustable DC-DC buck converter module for stepping a suitable DC input down to a lower regulated output.
This DC-DC buck converter module is intended to reduce a suitable DC supply to a lower voltage for compatible electronics and power projects. Onboard potentiometers provide voltage and current adjustment, while heatsinks help dissipate heat during operation.
The module is advertised with maximum ratings of 600W and 25A. These are operating limits, not a promise that every voltage setting or installation can deliver both simultaneously or continuously.

A buck converter cannot raise the output above its input. Allow the input-to-output voltage difference required by the module, and keep current and power within the limits appropriate to the actual installation. Wiring, connections, the source supply, cooling and load characteristics all affect usable output.
Check the actual board’s documentation before use. Provide suitable overcurrent protection, an enclosure, ventilation and wiring rated for the selected operating conditions. Set and measure the output before connecting sensitive equipment. Do not connect this DC-input module directly to an AC mains supply.
This board is not, by itself, a complete battery charger or battery-management system. Battery charging requires an appropriate charging method and protection for the battery chemistry.
